Volunteers came from Wawa, Montreal River Harbour, Goulais Bay, and Michigan to take part in a tree planting project in the Agawa Bay campground. The project was financed by a grant the Friends received from Canon’s Take Root program, which allowed us to buy and plant 250 White Pine and White Spruce trees. The trees were planted to revegetate unofficial trails and to create more privacy for campers in the future.
